Designer Heron Preston has announced his departure from New Guards Group, where he joined a lineup of tastemakers in the menswear industry in 2017.
After his claims that his relationship with the business group was a difficult one, Preston has yet to disclose any further details regarding his departure. As he shifts his focus solely to his namesake label, guided by both his internal team and his own vision, Preston aims to continue growing his brand as a leading force in global streetwear.
Now holding full ownership of his legal rights and brand name, Preston is committed to leveraging the brand’s independence from partners to make a renewed impact on the fashion industry.
