A surreal broadcast.
Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 collection through “Aeolian Afternoon“, a digital presentation that expands the brand’s ever-evolving universe through satire, storytelling and surrealism. Framed as a series of daytime television segments hosted by recurring LOVERBOY characters Grom and Lin, the project blurs the boundaries between fashion presentation and performance art.
Set within a strange and fragmented media landscape, the collection explores themes of digital consumption, attention and modern-day distraction. While many brands continue to rely on traditional runway formats, Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY remains committed to world-building as a form of storytelling.
With Aeolian Afternoon, the designer once again delivers a collection that extends beyond clothing alone, using fashion as a vehicle to explore the realities, anxieties and oddities of life in the digital age.
