Forget the Missoni room at the Byblos. We're talking waterfront residences.
Missoni is officially making its residential debut in Abu Dhabi with what is being billed as Al Reem Island’s first branded residential property. The Italian fashion house has teamed up with Emirates Developments to announce Waterfront by Missoni, a new luxury residential tower bringing the brand’s signature colours, patterns and design into the world of residential living.
The development will feature 250 residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses. And what’s a Missoni residence without a little of the brand’s signature design? Expect plenty of its recognisable zigzag patterns and colourful details throughout, with Missoni overseeing the interiors of each home as well as the building’s communal spaces. Even the tower’s exterior takes cues from the fashion house’s textile designs.
As for the amenities, residents can expect a swimming pool, spa, gym, padel court, private cinema and residents’ clubhouse. The waterfront location will also provide direct beach access, with views overlooking the sea, canal and Abu Dhabi skyline.
Waterfront by Missoni is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2030.
