One designer that captured our attention at PAUSE, and the best moments of the past in his designs has to be the great Jeremy Scott. His Spring/Summer 2014 collection has taken huge inspiration from the swinging 60’s, where some of the greatest artist evolved during this period. Evident in his eccentric colour pallet and head staggering bold prints Jeremy Scott references psychedelic illustrations. What was interesting about his collection was his use of layering darker prints on-top of lighter ones and computer generated graphic prints creating flamboyant eye-catching patterns.
Other prints include polka dots and leopard prints rise to the surface on bomber jackets and pleated shorts. A few pieces that really stood out drastically was the bubble gum pink cropped blazer and trousers sleeveless multi-zip tee as well the “I’M A MESS” t-shirt screams out rebellious rebel in the eyes of fashion. Jeremy Scott has taken a new twist on fashion, blending different fabrics and textures which formed a very exciting collection.

Direct from out of space introduces the release of the new preview of Nike Air Max 93. Nike air max trainers, at the moment, have never been hotter! The new preview brings with it two new colour combinations that will excite fans of the popular footwear. Looking retro with its blend of colours, the new trainers really encompass what menswear is all about at the moment. Animal print sneaks its way into one of the colourways, giving it an edgy and cool twist, and giving it a unique quality that balances well with the yellow and pink.
The preview opens up with a birds-eye view of Earth, and then switches to shots of the two Air Max 93. The preview is short and sweet, leaving fans with only a taster of what is to come.
