Apple drops the new iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus!
Apple has officially announced the arrival of the next generation of the iPhone. The two new phones are built with bigger screens, so as to see and watch your pictures and videos better.
The phones will be accompanied by a watch – Apples latest foray into wearable technology. The watch won’t be released until next year. It works like an iPhone, but on your wrist!
The Apple Watch, in terms of appearance, looks like a blending of the iPhone 6 and the nano – with it’s curved edges and square shape.
The two new iPhones have been slimmed down in comparison to the previous handsets, and some good news for fans is that, according to Apple Senior Vice President Phil Schiller and Tim Cook, the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus will have either equal or better battery life than the 5s.
The phones are set for release on September 19th, but beware, rumors reported people are already queuing outside the flagship store in London and New York to get their hands on the devices!
