Despite Summer Solstice starting only yesterday Vetements are already steaming ahead with their (limited) release of their Fall/Winter collection 2016.
Dover Street Market has released six pieces from the collection including long sleeved t-shirts, hoodies and the already infamous Snoop-Dogg graphic tee, which given public reactions, could rival Vetements’ DHL shirt or the Givenchy Rottweiler.
To own your very own piece of Vetements prices start at £518, what you’d come to expect from the brand. If the Snoop Dogg shirt is what you’re after, it’s selling for an eye-watering £520/$924, a price which Snoop Dogg – in good humour – and head designer Demna Gvasalia said even they wouldn’t pay. Hate the prices or hate the brand, you’ve got to admit Vetements is good at keeping it controversial.
