It’s shot in the grounds of a beautiful French chateau.
After the record sell-out of Vetements first book released last year, the collective brand have been at it again with another extensive photo book for the new season. Titled SUMMERCAMP, the book centres around the label’s SS17 collection and is set for release during Paris Fashion Week. Lensed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti who also shot last year’s book, the photographs feature Lotta Volkova and Paul Hameline in a classical chateau in Northern France.
The book is rumoured to be the most comprehensive documentation of a fashion collection to date, with a whopping 480 pages in total, and it features the outcomes of Vetements’ collaborations with Juicy Couture, Brioni, CdG Shirt, Champion, Manolo Blahnik and more.
The book will initially launch with publisher IDEA at COMMES des GARÇONS Trading Museum in Paris on 3rd October. On 4th October, the book will come exclusively to Dover Street Market London, New York and Ginza Tokyo. Then from 5th October the book will be available from select stores worldwide and online.
