This year has been a busy one for the Air Max 97 as after all it is it’s 20th birthday, however that doesn’t mean the shoe will get a rest in 2018. The sneaker has been seeing new iterations pop up left, right and center, and now we are seeing yet another one, but before you sigh this time it’s a little different. Instead of settling for the usual colourway revamp Nike have gone with a full on marriage between the Air Max 97 and the Air Vapormax to see the creation of a Air VaporMax 97. The piece sports the 97’s usual aesthetic but rocks it upon the iconic sole of the Vapormax in order to fuse retro and comfort into one seamless shoe.
As for release details all we know at this point is that it will be dropping in 2018 at a price that is yet to be confirmed. So for now get a good look at them via the image below.
