Celebrating the recent launch of its brand new 5 Carlos Place location, London-based retailer MATCHESFASHION.COM decided to join forces with Portuguese fashion house Prada for a highly exclusive collection. The capsule, featuring a mixture of both menswear and womenswear, acts as an extension of Prada’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection, featuring the same prints, silhouettes, and colourways used.
Distinctive items from their collaborative capsule include leather accessories and short-sleeve shirts, as well as brightly-coloured technical sportswear-inspired items. Additionally, the collection continues to shine brightly in the shoe department where we see a pair of bright-blue Prada Cloudbust sneakers and velcro-strapped leather trainers.
The offering has surfaced alongside a mesmeric experience at 5 Carlos Place in London’s Mayfair district. Combining moving images, animations, and projections, with a number of signature fluorescent Prada motifs, this installation is not one to miss.
