It seems like an age ago that the American rapper, record producer, and music video direct that is Tyler, The Creator first teased his very own label’s collaborative footwear offerings with the renowned Japanese brand, Suicoke. However, after details regarding the project soon became scarce, people started to lose hope, that is until the partnership’s official collaborative sandals were teased for the first time in all their glory via Golf Wang’s official Instagram account yesterday evening.
As for what we know, two different iterations of the KAW-CAB sandals have popped up, one in “Mocha” and the other in “Lemon Yellow,” both of which arrive with two adjustable velcro straps as well as a modular footbed grant that have been expertly designed to increase the comfort of the wearer’s feet. When it comes to the build, the pairs turn to mesh for the upper while soft suede can be seen elsewhere.
