Puma and contemporary Chinese label, SANKUANZ have joined forces, serving us a unique utilitarian-inspired Spring/Summer ’19 collection.
Under the creative direction of LVMH Prize Semi-Finalist Shangguan Zhe – famous for pairing contemporary art with vintage sportswear pieces to create unique spins of sleek uniforms, the Puma x SANKUANZ range features an eclectic mix of hues, unconventional patterns and bold typefaces. With a bold and neutral collection which features footwear and apparel, including reimagined versions of the Cali, Cell Endura, RS-X and Thunder silhouettes – all dressed in the collections neutral tones, neon accents and over-exaggerated soles.
The apparel side of the collection blends functionality and style with a modern flair, featuring football jacquards with techno-inspired fonts, track tops with double knit fabrics, unisex hoodies with the brand’s reflective print embroidery and pants with an oval graphic patch. Crewneck sweatshirts, t-shirts and chunky trimmed accessories round out the rest the of the collection.
