Top 3 Menswear Designers

Barcelona was the latest fashion capital to showcase some of the most striking, diverse and incredible designers who revealed their Autumn/Winter 2020 collections this fashion month. PAUSE visited 080 Barcelona Fashion Week to see what went down and highlight three menswear designers that caught our attention.

Boris Bidjan Saberi, Chulaap and Pablo Erroz were three standouts that delivered secure and meaningful collections that strongly showcased each of their identities. Boris Bidjan Saberi presented a ‘Retrospective’ of 11 years of the brand’s work throughout the collection, perpetuating its signature style and aesthetic, the offering featured a versatile range of outerwear options constructed to allow multiple ways of styling.

South African fashion brand Chulaap celebrates its diversity of Africa through graphic, print orientated design. Telling a story through its unique designs and patterns, the collection expressed a fun and vibrant way of showcasing the African culture. Mixing clashing prints, colours and textures, with cowboy references, Chulaap presented the new Wild Wild West of Africa.

Pablo Erroz points out that his collection is NON-SEASONAL, comprising Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter – a wardrobe for the year, for life. With statement pieces to suit, no matter your personal style, the collection showcased day-to-night garments that can be worn in a variety of different climates. With timeless silhouettes and cuts, Pablo Erroz had a collection made for every man.
