Following the recent unveiling of the revered club’s home kit designed by Nike, Liverpool FC has today revealed the team’s away kit which will be worn throughout the 2020/21 season.
Perpetuating the aesthetic of the earlier home kit release, the new 100% recycled polyester fabric constructed shirt arrives in a graphic blue/white/black print while featuring references associated with the club and city throughout. Speaking on the news, Scott Munson, VP Football Apparel commented:
“First and foremost, we set out to create a collection that celebrates the rich culture of the city of Liverpool and the club. The away kit allowed us to be bolder and more expressive in how we brought some of these cultural references to life and we’ve landed on a look and aesthetic that really reflects that.”
