Mixing earthy tones.
To the excitement of many sneakerheads, AURALEE has showcased the sequel to its popular New Balance 550 collaboration. Presented during the label’s spring/summer 2022 fashion show, which was shown digitally as part of Paris Fashion Week, it is a neutral-toned take on the American sportswear company’s 2002r model.
Matching the neutral and nude hues which were prominent in the collection, the Japanese label has shown two new colourways of the sneaker. With one pair coming in a light brown suede offset by grey mesh panels and detailing, the second pair has an off-white upper paired with beige-toned heel panels.
