Adidas Skateboarding has a history of not only working with professional skateboarders but with up-and-comers too, with this collection with Maxallure (MXA) being no different. The skateboarding collective founded by Nick Lockman and Karl Watson has given their pro team rider Lil Dre full creative control on the ever-so-popular Forum High as well as the apparel line that comes alongside the capsule, the co-founders also having a hand in designing the Campus model that is included in this collaboration.

Reflecting Lil Dre’s bold and androgynous style, the Forum High features a predominantly white upper with pink accents that can be seen on the iconic three stripes, sockliner and outsole. The lace strap also sports ‘Lil Dre’ embroidery in cursive as well as the heel being debossed with the numners ‘4’ and ‘8’ for added MXA branding. The Campus model, however, sees a more traditional take on the timeless silhouette, with a black and white upper that includes a touch of blue on the heel and a matching ice blue outsole. The simple yet important message of ‘Think Positive Thoughts’ appears on the sockliner with MXA branding on the heel tabs of both shoes.

The apparel in the collection follows similar design codes with the subtle details being the highlight. This can be seen on the all-white Coach shirt that sees contrasting pink button and stitching details and MXA branding in microdot print. Other pieces in the collection include a sweater vest, ringer tee and track pants.
