This is one of those releases where you’re dumbfounded to how it hasn’t happened already. Salomon x JJJJound? Of course. Currently being two of streetwear’s biggest forces, both have linked up for a collaborative iteration of the XT-Wings 2 sneaker.
The high-performance Salomon XT-Wings 2 sneaker is not one to have received many high-profile collaborations in the past, with retailer END being the only joint effort of note. JJJJound, following on from their ever-popular footwear collaborations of recent times with the likes of Reebok, ROA, and New Balance, have taken to Instagram to unveil their latest effort with Salomon, with this newest teaser seeing a close-up of the white and blue pair take the floor. From the limited imagery, we can see that typically simplistic JJJJound x Salomon lettering adorns the rear heel in Salomon type font, whilst a mesh construction and a mixed blue and white midsole completes the standout design features.
No release date has been set for this pair as of yet, but more information is expected shortly.
