Taking Over the Game.
There’s always whispers that streetwear is on its way out but when brands like Broken Planet come around then it’s near impossible for lovers of the scene to let it go. Having already amassed a cult following since its birth in 2020 (one of the only good things to come out of the pandemic), the sustainability-focussed streetwear label has made quite a name for itself thanks to its instantly recognisable iconography, limited-edition releases and celebrity fans – Digga D, IShowSpeed, and Reece James to name a few.
Revelling in the hype of its previous pop-ups in both London and Los Angeles, last weekend Broken Planet hosted its second-ever temporary store in the English capital at an undisclosed Shoreditch High Street location, giving fans the opportunity to shop its new ‘Cosmic Speed’ collection early.
“Since our first Pop Up in July 2022, we’ve been waiting to return to London and show what we have been planning all these months. We have been planning this event since January and have invested a lot of time and effort into ensuring that it’s one of the biggest and most impressive pop ups of the year,” Lukas Žvikas, Broken Planet Co-Founder.
An immersive experience in itself, the mega successful pop-up – in collaboration with with Scratch Creative – once again attracted thousands of fashion enthusiasts from all around the globe. Attendees were also blessed with the chance of getting their hands on exclusive London merch and a limited run of Friends & Family pieces.
