New Balance’s push for the 1906D silhouette continues as the sportswear giants unveil two new iterations of the sleek silhouette, with a triple white colourway proving to be the pick of the bunch. The neutral sneaker makes sure to put in a distinct attention to detail as this distressed pair feature raw leather cut overlays sat atop technical mesh material, with signature New Balance insignia arriving on the midfoot area. Nike x AMBUSH Air More Uptempo Low SP
A tale as old as time: Nike x AMBUSH. Returning for another dose of distinctly retro footwear, AMBUSH have reimagined the iconic Nike Air More Uptempo Low SP sneaker, continuing a trend of 00s silhouettes making a comeback. Boasting a yellow, beige and black colour scheme, Nike’s infamous “AIR” lettering arrives on the midfoot and is intertwined with a set of brown rope laces, whilst classic stitched AMBUSH and Nike branding takes its place on the toe, tongue, midsole, and heel. 00s season.
Nike Vomero
A double dose of Nike arrives through the cult-hero silhouette, the Vomero. Arriving in a Valentine’s Day style colourway, dark burgundy and light pink contrast each other across the typical mesh and TPU upper, whilst a large overlapping Swoosh gets some signature Nike branding involved. A cushioned sole sees the light pink shade continue into the bottom of shoe alongside a crisp white, whilst a caged material adorns the back of the shoe for added heel protection.
Vans Knu Skool
Toning things down from the pink and stark black colourways that the Vans Knu Skool has previously received, a tonal beige colourway reimagines the chunky 00s silhouette and arguably becomes Vans’ most solid effort yet with this re-released sneaker. The standout design feature is without doubt the roughened dark stone suede that layers tastefully across the smooth light beige suede upper, whilst Vans’ typical enlarged midfoot line aligns with the blown-up tongue and thickened outsole. Coming through with the hat-trick for this week’s line-up are Nike as they hit another one out of the park with the divisive Nike Dunk Low Vintage Panda. Wherever you stand on ‘faux vintage’ sneakers. there is no doubt that this pair are set to be a certified hit amongst the masses as the infamous black and white sneaker receives a retro reimagining. This pair sees slightly distressed black leather topping the smooth white base layer, whilst a striking aged cream midsole adds a certain sense of vintage character to this otherwise unchanged pair.
