Out of the Blue.
Bringing forth a rather out of the blue collaboration, Supreme continue their slew of AW23′ activity as they link up with interdisciplinary design studio, BLESS.
Set to be one of their more thought-out collaborations, streetwear icons Supreme took to their social media to give more of an insight into what BLESS represent and how this bridges with their design ethos, with this Berlin and Paris based outfit originally formed to experimentally reimagine clothing, accessories, furniture and objects for everyday life. In continuation, BLESS are also known to create new pieces by utilising upcycling textiles and materials through left-of-centre design practices and techniques, with the two founders – Desiree Heiss and Ines Kaag – having originally met as design students in Paris. In the years that followed, BLESS featured on the Maison Margiela FW97′ runway and didn’t look back, releasing over 70 collections of forward-thinking clothing and objects since then. For this joint effort, Supreme x BLESS includes multiple colourways of a Down Puffer Jacket, Sweatpant Jeans, a Crewneck, a T-Shirt, a Skateboard, as well as a mophie® Charging Cable, with notable standouts including the multicoloured all-over print Down Puffer Jacket adorned with “BLESSUPREME” back lettering, a pair of split grey and light wash Sweatpants Jeans boasting a signature “S” Supreme logo, in addition to a white pearl iPhone charging cable.
The Supreme x BLESS 2023 capsule collection will be available to shop on November 9th via the Supreme website.
