Acne Studios Launches Its First-Ever Fragrance

Par Frederic Malle.

Swedish luxury fashion house, Acne Studios, has dropped its first fragrance since the brand’s conception in 1996. The fragrance was developed in collaboration with the esteemed fragrance house, Frederic Malle, known for popular fragrances like Musc Ravageur and Portrait of a Lady.

Designed by Suzy le Helley, Acne Studios par Frederic Malle is a non-binary fragrance that depicts clean laundry, open fields of florals, and fruity sweetness. The perfumes note breakdown begins with pink aldehydes, and violet and orange flowers at the top, followed by vanilla and peach in the middle. It concludes with notes of sandalwood, incense, and musk in the base. Expect the fragrance’s scent profile to reflect Acne Studios’ clothing design philosophy of clean lines and expressive class.

Acne Studios par Frederic Malle debuted at the fashion house’s runway show in Paris, worn by ushers and other PR representatives. The perfume is expected to be released on April 17th across freestanding Acne Studios and Frederic Malle boutiques in Europe. It’s available in a 50ml and 100ml bottle, selling for $295 and $470 respectively.
