Another Musical Venture.
KidSuper founder Colm Dillane has made no secret of his deep-rooted love for music in recent years, from championing Westside Gunn on the runway to having Jim Jones model for the brand, he’s been about it. Fast forward to the end of 2024, Dillane has announced the news of his new record label, titled “KidSuper Records.”
The DNA of KidSuper is laced with various nods to different music scenes, enlisting the likes of Action Bronson, Ed Sheeran, Kehlani, Post Malone, Russ, The Rolling Stones, Usher and more for a slew of projects, including crafting art, merchandise, websites and stage designs for world-renowned major artists, whilst also providing them with free recording space, hosting their release parties and pop-up events, as well as personally styling them for tours and award shows. This latest outing takes things up a notch, with KidSuper Records unveiling its debut release, titled “Big In Da Game” featuring UK legend Giggs and US rap star Quavo. Born from an initial collaboration between KidSuper and Giggs on the set of a music video, the duo’s creative partnership culminated in an original track crafted for KidSuper’s “STRING THEORY” FW24 show at Paris Fashion Week, with this catching the attention of the one and only, Quavo. Inspired by iconic UK-based TV show Peaky Blinders (2013) and film Snatch (2000), the “Big In Da Game” music video will feature various nods to these two personal Colm Dillane favourites, with both Giggs and Quavo being dressed in KidSuper’s new “STRING THEORY” FW24 collection.
Check out the teaser below, with KidSuper Records’ “Big In Da Game” featuring Giggs and Quavo releasing Friday, October 25th.
