Get the Toes Out.
We’d love to tell you that Balenciaga’s latest footwear escapade is from a summer collection, but it’s actually a part of the brand’s new Pre-Fall 2025 range.
The almost non-existent barefoot “Zero” shoe from Balenciaga is the latest lab rat to make it out of the Spanish fashion house’s crazy world of design, with the new effort having been debuted by brand footwear designers, Adrian Perrot Garin and Beini Qian. Taking to social media to share an on-foot look at the latest footwear phenomenon, Garin and Qian pitched the pairs in three earth tone colourways, with black, brown, and beige iterations being the initial spread of “Zero” shoes up for grabs. Boasting a single slot for your big toe, the pair also consists of a single flat footbed that moulds around a standard foot shape, whilst an imprinted footprint sits pretty on the outsole alongside some subtle debossed Balenciaga lettering.
