Fusing ancient heritage with modern minimalism.
COS made a remarkable return to the runway with its debut show in Athens, unveiling the Spring Summer 2025 collection. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Dionyssomarble Quarry, renowned for its rich marble history, the same stone once used by ancient Greeks in the Parthenon and Erechtheion on the Acropolis, the show seamlessly blended heritage and modernity.
The cavernous marble walls offered a bold contrast to the collection’s clean, minimalist aesthetic and sculptural silhouettes. Models gracefully descended a steel staircase, weaving in and out of the cave-like space, as they showcased 35 striking looks. The runway experience masterfully highlighted the dynamic interplay between structure and fluidity, strength and softness.
