Dutch Streetwear brand Patta celebrates their 10th birthday with a Converse collaboration.
The ability to survive and sustain in this economic climate is commendable, so for Patta to celebrate their 10th year is an achievement, not to mention a chance to collaborate with Converse again.
Using the All Star Chuck 70 as the basis of their design, a checked pattern covers the classic sneaker, with every other box reading ‘Patta’. A smaller toebox, reinforced canvas heel strips, nickel hardware, thick cotton laces and a cushioned sockliner are the main focuses. Least on show, but probably the best part about these are the translucent like sole that has “Patta” written across the pair and the number ten marked on each pair.
Patta co-founder Gee states,
“We are pumped to be able to work with them again for this milestone. The All Star Chuck 70 is a true cultural icon that spans time effortlessly and it is an honour…”
Its true. Each style feels like a throwback, and converse are definitely the right people to collaborate with for this limited edition pack.
Only 10 pairs will be available to the general public with one pair becoming available in each colourway, however it would mean entering the raffle that takes place in Amsterdam this week. The winners will be chosen and announced Friday December 19th.
