Turkey based sportswear fashion label, Les Benjamins releases their latest lookbook for Spring/Summer 2015. The ‘Black Line’ sweaters and t-shirts start the collection with floral “PAIX” printed on the front: translating to peace. Decorative bright floral-camo designs on bombers and combat inspired silhouettes assemble to address the message for humanity. Military style shorts and trousers in forms of combat green and brown are cut with modern technique, maintaining original pocketing, and external stitching for a nostalgic touch. What to expect from River Island in the New Year.
River Island menswear employs a minimal aesthetic for Spring/Summer 2015 with muted tones of greys and blue. There’s an absence of floral and bold colours which were prominent in past spring collections. There’s a presence of strong sports aesthetic with baseball jackets, boxy shapes and water-resistant technical fabrics. There are nods to modern trends with longer lengths, drop hems & polka dot fabrics.
