Is a Billionaire Boys Club and adidas Originals collaboration in the works?
Pharrell Williams sends sneakerheads on a trip down memory lane with his latest Instagram post, featuring the nostalgic allover “Diamonds & Dollar Signs” print from Billionaire Boys Club/ICECREAM’s famous collection. Originally released in 2008, the print was adorned on a range of T-shirts, hoodies and most memorably, footwear.
With Pharrell now affiliated with adidas, it was only a matter of time that the two designs collided, as the 42-year old jack-of-all-trades teases the allover print on a pair of classic Stan Smith sneakers. Although there is no concrete information on a release, and whilst this pair may just be another Pharrell custom, the fact that a pair exists, is reason enough to rejoice!
For now, we can only salivate at the prospect of such a collaborative masterpiece; however, do stay tuned for any further details.
