When most of us think about Scandi fashion we instantly imagine clean lines and monochrome looks. But when it comes to Lazoschmidl we are about to get a different perspective on things.
The label is formed by two young designers, Josef Lazo and Andreas Schmidl, based in Germany and Sweden. They describe themselves as an artists’ studio that unites the disciplines of fashion design and humanist arts.
Their couture mentality is clearly illustrating how fashion is a strong tool for challenging norms and this label has managed the art of establishing new codes of dressing. Lurex pants, lacy tops and crop t-shirts. Lazoschmidl got all you need for the modern and genderless character.
It sure feels mighty refreshing when people help us push/remove limiting boundaries on how things should be or look. And even if you don’t decide to wear purple lurex pants, this label might inspire you to actually wear more color, slim-fit jeans or boots with a higher heel… no rules.
