This weekend sees the release of the newest capsule from long-time collaborative partners mastermind JAPAN and Vans, which consists of footwear and accompanying apparel: all in black & white. The mastermind Japan x Vans capsule features a pair of Vans Mountain Edition sneakers, a hoodie and a hat – all sporting Vans and mastermind logos – including the iconic skull imagery.
As for details on the sneaker, it features a side zipper, grain leather upper, and white Vans Mountain Edition branding on the ankle that contrasts the rest of the shoe. Furthermore, the piece shows-off that it was a product of the collaboration by having the mastermind branding on the heel and rubber midsole.
The price of the collection ranges from $60 to $220, with the whole capsule being released in mastermind and Vans retailers across Japan on the 13th of October. However, don’t worry if you aren’t based in Japan as an online release is taking place the day after on the 14th.
