Designed for outdoor leisure activities.

Founded in 1937 by the American company Bausch & Lomb, Ray-Ban has been around for several decades and for good reason. The brand has produced some of the most iconic pieces of eyewear of all time, one example of this is the Aviator, and interestingly this has become the focus of Ray-Ban’s most recent project. Specifically, the company has shifted their attention into the next episode of their Reloaded program that is set to bring a bold 60’s evolution of the iconic Aviator back into the present: the Ray-Ban Outdoorsman.

The sixth edition of Reloaded has set itself the task of celebrating one of the most iconic accessories of all time in a modern re-imagination of its ageless Outdoorsman style. As for the glasses themselves, Ray-Ban has always aimed the aesthetic at those rebellious high-flyers via the piece’s bold style. Furthermore, the fusing of Ray-Ban’s iconic profile with design points geared to portray a sense of pioneering confidence and extravagant fun sets the eyewear up perfectly for those who are never afraid to challenge the norm.

As for the build, the piece comes in three limited edition and exclusive colourways, all of which offer the word “Reloaded” engraved on the temple tips as well as the iconic shape in a premium level of quality no matter which aesthetic you decide to run with. The first is gold with glossy Havana circles and temple tips with a shiny acetate bar that comes in a brown to match the lenses. The second is gold with glossy sleek black plastic circles that sit alongside the G15 polar lenses and shiny black acetate bar and temple tips, last but not least, a silver iteration that features glossy nude circles, G15 crystal lenses, shiny beige temple tips, and a nude acetate bar features in order to complete the exclusive offerings.

Take a look at the upcoming piece’s official imagery below, if you like what you see then get ready as all of the pairs will be available over at Ray-Ban’s online store between the 21st of May to the 25th.
