Reworking the 501's.
In honour of Levi’s 501 Day celebration, Levi’s and Heron Preston joined forces to rework to pairs of classic denim.
Celebrating the birthday of the classic blue jeans, the Heron Preston designed collaboration sports workwear-influenced silhouettes designed both for men and women including a grey and white tie-dye print pair of jeans with drawstrings and Preston’s signature orange branding patch. Elsewhere in the capsule, the women’s version is dressed in a faded orange treatment with ripped detailing giving the jeans a tattered and rustic aesthetic.
Commenting on the collaborative capsule, Heron Preston said “You can see the strength of the 501 jean — how absolutely iconic it is in its design when, after we chopped it up, coloured it, and twisted it, it’s still unmistakably the 501 jean,”
