Packed with colour.
Sitting down with The New York Times’ TMagazine for an exclusive, Kerby Jean Raymond presented his Pyer Moss Collection 3.
Speaking to M.H. Miller, Kerby, who is one of the 19 designers on the board of the CFDA, talks through his politically charged designs that become gestures of the activism on the runway- which he says has become common practice since the inauguration of Donal Trump as the U.S President. Presenting a vibrant, colourful and playful collection that’s packed with statement pieces including mustard-hued wide-leg pants, boxy blazers decorated with illustrations, boxy shirts in a selection of muted tones and oversized ponchos, A key look in the collection comes in the form of an electric blue suit that’s offset with contrasting stitching and a cropped blazer with oversized lapels. The collection is rounded out with footwear options which include heeled leather boots and a new sneaker silhouette.
