Rolling out their latest skincare offering, Pharrell Williams’ Humanrace line recently debuted a selection of summer-ready suncare products for your consideration.
More specifically, unveiling the aptly named Ozone Face Protection Daily Moisturizer and Ozone Body Protection Cream, the two sunscreens are SPF 30, broad spectrum, mineral-based formulations which have been developed while maintaining the company’s high skincare standards, putting quality and user experience at the forefront. Created in consultation with Dr. Elena Jones, MD, Pharrell’s Dermatologist of over 20 years, the new products aim to address both the misconceptions around sunscreen use for people of colour and the importance of regular application for all skin types. Speaking on the news, Pharrell commented:
“Our Earth’s Ozone layer naturally protects us from harmful UV radiation from the sun, but we still need to protect ourselves daily from the UV rays that get through. We believe there is room under the sun for everyone, and we all need to be wearing sunscreen daily”
