Hideaki Shikama led brand Children of the Discordance has stepped forward with campaign imagery for their latest collaboration, this time around tapping iconic American brand UGG for the Autumn/Winter 2022 season.
With a release having been eluded to earlier this year, many fashion fans were anticipating this collaboration as we neared the colder months, with Children of the Discordance and UGG stepping forward just in time. Debuting with a homage to the American West, this collaborative collection looks to merge the past with the present and bring UGG’s iconic Classic Boot into the limelight, with alternate footwear including the Neumel and Kenton silhouettes.
Mimicking the Old West and cowboy culture, the Classic Boot arrives in both tan and black colourways and boasts a high-top shape, contrasting Children of the Discordance insignia across the toe and ankle areas, as well as a solid white midsole. The Neumel and Kenton footwear models don a similarly designed upper but instead boast low and mid-top shapes, whilst each model from the footwear range arrives predominantly in a suede material and utilises UGGplush™ technology. Lastly, the collaborative range features winter-ready Children of the Discordance x UGG Sheepskin Gloves that again utilise an embroidered design on the back and palm area, with metallic hardware making an appearance on the wrist.
