Established footwear designer Salehe Bembury is set to close out a wildly-successful year on a high as the ‘it’ creative of 2022 teams up with New Balance for another collaborative effort.
Taking to Instagram to share a host of imagery and behind-the-scenes footage for the collaborative ‘SAND BE THE TIME’ campaign, Salehe Bembury rounds out 2022 with a colourful iteration of New Balance’s 990v2 sneaker. Having most recently joined forces with the likes of New Balance, Crocs, and Moncler, Bembury is back with the former sportswear giants as he unveils a dusty salmon pink iteration of the brand’s 990v2 sneaker, with some other aesthetic standouts including a roughened suede exterior composition, an orange mesh underlay and a similarly-coloured cushioned ‘Abzorb’ midsole, purple New Balance insignia on the tongue and midfoot areas, as well as Bembury’s signature ‘finger print’ design across the heel.
The latest entry into the collaborative vault of Salehe Bembury and New Balance is set to arrive on December 8th via the Be a Spunge website.
