Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 "Aegean Storm"

Completing the very well-balanced trilogy, Clint’s Corteiz stepped forward with Nike for the final edition of the Air Max 95 collection, debuting the “Aegean Storm” iteration. Arriving in the most toned down version of the three, the “Aegean Storm” colourway features a subtle tonal blue across the light grey upper, with hits of stitched baby blue Corteiz branding hitting the toe box, heel counter and tongue as expected. A netted cage feature hits the lacing area, whilst Nike’s signature Air unit also boasts a blue tint. The ultimate rotation option.

AURALEE x New Balance RC30

Bringing in another tonal sneaker, New Balace and Tokyo-based brand AURALEE have debuted a darkened green iteration of the newly-popularised RC30 silhouette. The low-riding 70s-inspired sneaker has already seen the likes of Donald Glover take a shot at the pair, with this latest iteration arguably being the most creatively-designed yet. Debuting in an all-green colourway, the pair boast a striking rough suede material across the upper and signature ‘N’ New Balance branding, whilst also utilising a brighter shade of green for the flat-lying laces. The ridged RC30 sole also keeps its place, being dipped in a dark green as well. A retro riot.

CLOT x Nike Cortez

Stepping up to the plate once again are Nike, with this latest CLOT collaboration seeing the Nike Cortez silhouette receive a sleek modern makeover. With the rise of shoe guards in the modern day sneaker game, Nike and CLOT look primed and ready to lead the way as this newest entry into their collaborative line sees the pair boast a signature ‘White/Game Royal/Red’ colour scheme take the floor, which includes a white and blue elasticated shoe cover that extends over the covered Nike Swoosh. The low-lying pair also utilise co-branded accents on the elasticated toggle, insole, and tongues. A classic with a much-needed modern twist.

BEAMS x Salomon RX Slide 3.0

When BEAMS collaborate, you pay attention. Tapping in with sneaker ‘it’ brand Salomon, the Japanese brand have unveiled an apt spring-time slip-on sneaker that is bound to grab the attention of just about everyone. Being inspired by Japan’s infamous blossom – which is most prominent come April time – the pair feature a pink and green painting-like floral motif that is spread across the entirety of the upper, with shades of light brown and beige also making a welcome appearance. Lastly, the comfort-centric pair also boast gold Salomon toe lettering as well as a cushioned midsole.

Adding an extra dose of colour to this week’s roster are CAT Footwear, who have recently been rising the ranks of the sneaker world in impressive fashion. For this release, their signature Intruder silhouette has received a ‘Supercharged’ makeover as a standout black and blue iteration touches down, providing a robust rotational option for those that like a bit extra under foot. Arriving in a sleek black and blue colourway, this chunky silhouette features a technical composition, with an EVA Foam footbed, a soft, breathable nylon mesh sock lining, as well as a durable and lightweight EVA midsole providing any sneaker head with a comfort-centric must-cop pair.
