Rick Owens & Champion Announce the Launch of their Fourth Collaboration

Dropping May 26th.

The collaboration that we can’t get enough of is back for the fourth time in five years as Rick Owens and Champion announces their latest collaborative collection for 2023. A concoction of rich athletic heritage and contemporary aesthetics, the unisex capsule is centred around the fusion of the two iconic American label’s distinctive logos.

“When I started my label in the nineties, I hand drew my logo as a cross between the Champion logo and a Jean Patou perfume label… they both had a similar vintage calligraphic flair… I wasn’t conscious of it then, but I see now how that balance has defined my ongoing aesthetic,” said Rick Owens.

Building on the foundations of their long-standing relationship, creativity and sustainability lies at the collections core with each piece consciously developed and produced within a 15km radius of each of company’s Italian headquarters.

Across a range of sweatshirts, tees, Athletic Mesh vests and shorts, underwear, and lightweight outerwear, the Rick Owens x Champion collection adopts a neutral and monochrome palette while moody pops of Dark Red pay homage to Champion’s archival tones.

The collection will launch on May 26th, 2023. The full collection will be available to purchase at select retailers and at Rick Owens stores and the brand’s website.
