Telfar Clemens just had Paris Fashion Week looking in the wrong direction. Despite being on the official schedule, the designer staged his SS27 show in New York, leaving the Paris crowd to watch the runway live on a giant screen!
Still, back in Brooklyn, Telfar fans got the full experience. A sample sale ran alongside the show, with customers queuing from the early hours to shop the latest pieces. The collection brought together sharp tailoring and everyday staples with more playful details, including glossy jacquard, animal prints, chains and signature Telfar branding.
The sample pop-up event also introduced “Bag Redemption”, giving customers the chance to trade in old bags for credit towards new purchases. It added another layer to an event already centred around the brand’s community.
