Here at PAUSE, we were excited to hear of a new limited edition sneaker from converse, and not only that, it would be a rendition of the staple-mark all star.
Its no mistake that the Vintage Flag All Stars have been announced now, so close to Memorial Day, which America will be commemorating on 26th May. With these sneakers, Converse have taken the classic all star shoe, for which the brand are known worldwide, and given it a dash of July 4th! On the shoes themselves one has been adorned with stars and the other stripes, making essentially the American Flag. Not only that but they also come with 3 interchangeable red, white and blue laces.
Now, for all you PAUSE readers, these shoes are unfortunately Limited Edition from Converse and they have stated that only around 1300 of them will be made, therefore you’re going to have to snap them up quickly when they drop on May 23rd at converse.com. They are expected to retail at $90 USD so around £60 for over here.
