Sustainable Sneaker Soloutions.
Amsterdam based footwear company Filling Pieces has teamed up with Dutch fashion designer Ronald van der Kemp for a sustainable haute couture footwear collection set to release later this month.
Living up to its name, all of the styles are made up of leftover leather, fabric and trims from Filling Pieces archive which have been reworked to produce the three couture silhouettes. Speaking on the partnership, Ronald van der Kemp said;
“The combination of top streetwear and couture of Dutch soil was a great combination for us to present to the international fashion press during couture week in Paris last summer. A sustainable collaboration between FP and RVDK.”
