Virgil Abloh & IKEA Set To Drop “MARKERAD” Collection

After hosting a pop-up exhibition experience during London’s Fashion Week, Virgil Abloh and IKEA’s highly anticipated homeware collection has finally received a release date.

A 15-piece collection that’s designed to interconnect the worlds of ‘contemporary art culture, street art culture and IKEA’s product design,’ the collaborative homewares range features a green fuzzy “WET GRASS” rugs, Mona Lisa painting LED-equipped wall hangings, an IKEA MARKERAD receipt rug and the sought-after brown paper bag that reads “SCULPTURE.” Ranging from $20 to $240, the collection is packed with “inexpensive yet fashionable objects,” but customers will be limited to purchasing just one item from each product.

The collection is expect to hit IKEA in the US on November 1st, and is expected to drop in IKEA stores worldwide shortly after. See the items from the collection in the images below:
