‘Urban uniform.’
As the new year steadily approaches, Andrew Coimbra is already in preparing for a busy year after the recent release of the brands Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook.
Exploring the duality of living in beach cities like Barcelona, the Spring 2020 collection focuses on the idea of an ‘urban uniform’ with pieces such as tailored jackets and pants with front pockets and drawstring hems, two-tone tracksuits, greyscale double-breasted blazers with matching trousers that flaunt a split hem. Informed by the balancing act of being part of a community but also having the freedom to escape to a beach, the collection sees subtle deconstruction, as pieces are crafted with detachable components.
