Pieces Uniques has launched its latest collection and it is perfect for anyone who has a love for bright hues.
Inspired by the four elements, water, fire, air and earth, the collection presents artistic director Edmond Luu’s love for primary colours as representations of those elements. With each look being colour coordinated to represent a single element, the techniques used to create each look also relates to the element it depicts.
A playful take on tailoring is central to the collection. A long-length single-breasted jacket is shown in bright red leather, suits are presented with shorts and a crossbody harness is layered over a blazer. These experimental looks are exhibited alongside more utilitarian elements, using thermochromic and waterproof fabrics as well as laser-cut techniques.
