Inspired by Puglia.
Samsøe Samsøe just went hard with this collab, tapping artist Gergei Erdei for a capsule that turns Italian summer nostalgia into straight-up wearable art. Dropping February 19, the collection pulls from Erdei’s personal travel photos taken in Puglia, which he painted over with his signature fluid brushstrokes and scribbled with playful handwritten notes.
Graphic tees lead the charge, backed by totes and branded caps stamped with exclusive illustrations that capture the beauty of doing absolutely nothing under the Southern Italian sun.
What makes this link-up hit different is the shift in energy. Erdei, known for his decorative, old-world sensibility, loosens up here, letting photography and spontaneous paint strokes collide in a way that feels intimate and raw. Shot inside his London flat on Lambs Conduit Street by photographer Cassandra Malmberg on a rainy Sunday morning, the campaign flips Puglian escapism into a grey city backdrop, making the colors and emotion pop even harder. The collaboration is now available on their official website.
