A monochrome palate with mainly beige skin tones with burst of citrus tangerine, fire engine red and lemon yellow, in layers of fitted tank tops, shorts and underwear as outerwear are what defined the Calvin Klein Spring/Summer 2015 collection by Italo Zucchelli.
The collection’s athleticism with futuristic vibe was well-balanced while featuring PVC in some of its bomber jackets, pullovers and tops. Some of its transparent pieces gave a sci-fi mood to the collection showcasing the brand’s fashion forwardness in exploring high-tech textile. Somehow there was a sense of contradiction as contrasting pops of colours and fabrics were used in their well-tailored pieces mixed with sportswear, all while exuding easy elegance.
Overall the clean-cut silhouette of its menswear essentials and head-to-toes monochrome looks was simple, contemporary and sporty at the same time.
