John Galliano is back.
It was a huge fashion fiasco when John Galliano was out from the fashion scene for a while after his unfortunate incident caught on video pertaining to anti-Semitic and racial remarks being said while under the influence of alcohol. The great fashion designer has now put that aside and has moved forward with a brand new job.
He will now be the new Creative Director of Maison Martin Margiela. A somewhat odd pairing but sometimes, things that does not seem to go together can create something beautiful and magical. This will be definitely some exciting times in fashion and also for the Margiela brand. We cannot wait to see what Galliano has in store for us and hopefully it will still be a great phenomenal one like how John Galiana used to reign in fashion.
Galliano will oversee the design of all Margiela lines, including couture and women’s ready-to-wear, and will debut his first designs for the famed house during Paris Couture Week in January.
