Axel Arigato has unveiled its latest collaboration with Brooklyn-based artist Alvin Armstrong, a multidisciplinary creative known for his vibrant, figurative works that explore movement, rhythm and emotion through colour.
The partnership continues Axel Arigato’s commitment to connecting fashion with contemporary art, merging the brand’s clean Scandinavian aesthetic with Armstrong’s expressive visual language. The result is a capsule collection of ready-to-wear pieces, sneakers and accessories that translate the artist’s signature brushstrokes and tonal contrasts into bold, wearable forms.
For Armstrong, the collaboration marks a new chapter, as this is his first foray into fashion design. Working closely with the Axel Arigato design team in London, he reimagined his approach to texture, layering and composition, applying his painterly sensibility beyond the canvas.
