MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon have spent plenty of seasons blurring the lines between trail silhouettes and high fashion, with their partnership dating back to FW22. This season, however, the duo are back with a new collab that builds on that formula — including a new leather derby with a techy twist.
Indeed, the newcomer here is the Crossderby MM6, a dress shoe that ditches the trad sole for the French label’s outdoor-ready tooling. Its glossy leather upper keeps things looking sharp, while the quick-lace system brings a familiar GORPEcore feel.
But that’s not all. The XT-MM6 also returns in three new colourways: “Scarab/Bistro Green/Green Milieu”, “Tapioca/Sea Foam/Violet Tulip” and “Vanilla Ice/Ftw Silver/Lemon”. Each pair features MM6 branding across the toe box, tongue and insoles, with a number six embossed into the outsole for good measure.
The second delivery lands in November, introducing the XT-BOOT MM6 in black and white. Its oversized, padded gaiter construction brings a puffer-inspired finish to the trail style. Rounding things out, the ACS Pro MM6 returns in two colourways, mixing technical detailing with contrasting tones.
