JUSTIN BIEBER ft. CHANCE THE RAPPER – HOLY

Justin Bieber and Chance the Rapper are no strangers to creating a vibe, proven in their latest collaborative single ‘Holy’. Anticipated as the new era of music from Bieber, ‘Holy’ incorporates gospel elements throughout, assisted by soothing vocals and suave harmonies. Accompanied by a short movie courtesy of both artists and celebrated director Collin Tilley, it looks like Bieber is back for good.

TOOSII – RIGHT NOW

Taken from his project Poetic Pain released today (September 18th), Right Now sees the 20-year-old rapper as a Los Angeles bachelor, atop a luxurious estate, boasting the ultimate ‘staycation vibes’. Delivering speedy bars over Joan Pabon-produced ‘Right Now’, the single plays as just one segment of what is expected throughout the storytelling project.

BIG SEAN – ZTFO

Yes, we’re still on that Big Sean hype. Whilst the Detroit-native still remains strong within the charts, so does his ability to drop visual offerings. Sean’s latest music video ‘ZTFO’ embarks on a spiritual journey matched habitually to the concept of the song – as he ‘Zen’s the f/&! out’.

BLACK COFFEE ft. CELESTE – READY FOR YOU

‘Ready For You’ marks Black Coffee’s first single since April’s ‘SBCNCSLY’, now linking up with UK singer-songwriter Celeste, the shimmering electronic pop track serves as what is considered ‘a track with love at its heart’. Combining both divine vocals alongside a tender, jazz-infused production, the track is set to feature on Black Coffee’s forthcoming album due for release in 2021.

BRENT FAIYAZ – DEAD MAN WALKING

 

Grammy nominee Brent Faiyaz comes through with the highly anticipated release of his single ‘Dead Man Walking’. The official audio portrays an artistic compilation of blurred captures and animated sketches. ‘Off to a slow start’ – the beginning of the track takes under a minute to begin, until we are yet again immersed into Faiyaz’s experimental sound.

SIMI – NO LONGER BENEFICIAL

Afro-pop artist Simi has released her latest single ‘No Longer Beneficial’. Hailing from her forthcoming EP ‘Restless II’, components of sultry RnB, vibrant afro-beat instrumentals and soulful vocals play a huge role in both her latest single and her EP set for release this coming October.

ALICAI HARLEY – I JUST WANNA KNOW

After a handful of collaborations under her belt already, this year proves that Alicai Harley isn’t planning to stop anytime soon. Her latest single and accompanying video for her track ‘I Just Wanna Know’ sees the UK-based artist switch between her ability to both rap and sing – showing the range and depth of her musical aptitudes. Sampling the classic ‘Leaving (Always on Time pt. II – Ashanti), Harley pays homage to the RnB classic whilst leaving her twist on something so nostalgic.

THE KID LAROI ft. LIL MOSEY – WRONG

It’s September, which can only mean it’s back to school. Teenage rapper The Kid LAROI enlists Lil Mosey for a high school-inspired music video directed by Logan Paul. Seen attempting to pursue a librarian, along with back and forth rap, the vibes are met by also hosting a party in the school gym. The single ‘Wrong’ is taken from LAROI’s debut mixtape ‘F*ck Love’ which additionally involves features from the late Juice Wrld and Corbin.
