Signal from the soil.
Drawing from African ancestral practices, it reimagines coins, metals, and spoken incantations as design codes for a generation looking forward while staying rooted.
Repetition sits at the heart of the collection. a deliberate act of manifestation and protection. Symbols recur across silhouettes, surfaces, and prints, gaining strength each time they appear. What might once have been ritual objects become contemporary markers of identity, continuity, and community.
FW26 is grounded in earth as much as in metal. Many rituals begin with offerings of soil, water, and elemental matter; here, soil becomes a signal, a reminder that heritage is not static but carried, reshaped, and projected into the future. Layered prints, coin stamps, and textured motifs echo this idea, forming an image of something both ancient and newly forged.
