David Sims captures Teyana Taylor in motion for the House’s latest campaign.
One of fashion’s favourite girls is back, and this time, she’s fronting Alaïa’s Summer Fall 2026 campaign. Photographed by David Sims in a series of stripped-back black-and-white portraits, Taylor’s background in dance and performance shapes the imagery, with expressive movement and close framing bringing focus to the body and the collection’s sculptural silhouettes.
Across the campaign film and imagery, Alaïa’s signature body-conscious approach comes through in a second-skin mesh dress and a bodycon jersey dress. In the stills, the black Alaïa Le Teckel bag also gets its moment, paired with a ruffled mini dress. Rather than elaborate sets or styling, the pared-back approach lets the silhouettes do much of the talking.
Taylor follows a history of performers associated with the house, including Grace Jones and Tina Turner, continuing Alaïa’s longstanding relationship with women known for their strong presence both on and off stage. We just can’t get enough of her.
